Canada Gardens residents will have a 24-hour concierge team on site who can assist with parcel collection and any communal maintenance issues should they arise. Residents can also contact the concierge via the video entry phone from within the apartment.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

A dedicated resident’s team shall act, as the point of contact should any maintenance issues arise within the apartment. Residents can simply report maintenance requests online with the residents team.
